This lady is G.V., a former para-swimmer from Serbia who lost her right leg due to bone cancer. After the divorce, she officially changed her surname to Grlica (Turtle dove in English). The most recent pictures of her are from 2017. when she appears at a political protest in Novi Sad (Vojvodina, a northern province of Serbia). Since those pictures were shared on social networks we learned that she hasn't money for an artificial leg and a funding campaign was started. Pictures you mentioned are from the 1992 Paralympics games in Barcelona and almost all of them you can find here:
